About Us

Chosen as one of 100 Sparks of Hope by The Elders, Founded by Nelson Mandela and finalist to the World Justice Project in 2022

We address systemic and widespread issues that affect migrant workers.

Do Bold is a not-for-profit organisation working in the Gulf countries since 2013. Our work on-the-ground helps improve the lives of migrant workers so they can focus on thriving – not just surviving.

We address systemic and widespread issues that affect migrant workers in the Gulf Countries.  Led by migrant worker communities, our projects tackle the root causes of modern slavery and the effects of systemic labour issues. We empower those most vulnerable and we gather data to change systems. We make an impact by working in collaboration with other organisations, businesses and governments

Mission

To advance human rights, human dignity and decent work for all migrant workers by creating strong communities,  harnessing data, and using strategic advocacy.

Vision

A sustainable world where all workers are treated justly and equally, and have access to justice, remedy, and opportunities to thrive.

Inclusiveness

We know that we can accomplish more if we work together with and for our community and in collaboration with others.

Quality

We commit not only to protect, promote and improve the lives of migrant workers in the region, but also to do it well.

Innovation

We are committed to do our work through innovative approaches understanding that sometimes conventional approaches are not enough and that we need to think differently to create different outcomes that have been “achieved”.

Accountability & Transparency

We are accountable to the resources given to us and we demonstrate the impact of the resources available to us. We will operate openly and provide full disclosure on issues around operations and funding practices.
